TRAVEL | 2 Night Trip to Brussels

trip to brussels

A couple of weeks ago, I was invited to visit the Radisson RED hotel in Brussels. Since I had never been there before, I took this opportunity to make a nice weekend trip out of it. I asked if Joëlla wanted to join, and she did. So a few weeks later, we drove to Brussels. The Radisson RED hotel was so welcoming. They gave us tips about what to do and gave us some maps as well. They made our trip to Brussels even easier. And super comfortable. The hotel bed was super super comfy, and the hotel looked lovely too. Very modern and with cool design. And lucky for us, the breakfast was delicious!

And for the ones wondering. The dress I’m wearing in the left picture is from the brand Minimum.

The first day, we arrived in the afternoon. After dropping our stuff at the hotel, we walked to the city center and found a lovely place to have dinner at. It was called The Bistro. Delicious dinner, with a delicious Belgium beer. The next two day, we went to the city center again. Some of the things we did were taking pictures of course. We’re both fashion bloggers after all haha. What I loved most about the city was the architecture, and the fact that it smelled like fresh waffles on almost every corner. It was hard to resist, so I had to get one. Only one. Which I think is quite an accomplishment for me since I love anything that’s sweet. On our last day, we visited the Musée Magritte museum. He’s one of my favorite artists, so it was great to learn some more about his past and his art.

Our trip to Brussels was so much fun. It was nice walking around the city, enjoying the sun, the architecture and the delicious food. Can’t wait to visit some other cities in Belgium soon. Maybe Gent next? Who knows! Thanks to Radisson RED for the service and for inviting me.

Have you ever been to Brussels yourself?

My previous trip was to Antwerpen, so check out the post if you like!
