Do I work out? No. Do I wan’t to? Maybe, someday. But how do I stay fit if I don’t work out? Well. Let me tell you this. I’m Dutch. And what do we Dutchies like to do? Ride our bicycle. I love to take my bike to the city. And once I’m in the city I like to walk a lot. The same goes for when I’m at the office, at the internship I’m doing. Especially when it’s sunny I like to go outside during our break. Just to stretch my legs and be active. Since a couple of weeks I have an Amazfit bracelet. And it helps me keep track of how many steps I’ve walked during a day. So interesting to see!
It still isn’t as much as I want it to be. Office jobs aren’t that active, but now the weather is getting better and better, I want to walk more.
